The Dakota is a modern yet classic apartment building with approximately 200 beds for second- and third-year students. The building has 3-person, 4-person, and a few single occupancy units. The Dakota was most recently renovated in 2014 with updates to the bathrooms, kitchens, flooring, and hallways of the building, as well as receiving new furniture.
