The George Washington University Astronomy Club
George Washington University
Astronomy is the study of celestial objects such as stars, galaxies, and the universe beyond. It's a science field that many people are unfamiliar with. However, the Astronomy club will expand GW students' aspect until Astronomy is no longer unfamiliar field in GW. The club will be organized by four officers, president, vice president, secretary, and treasurer. We will discuss current astronomical news and phenomenon through presentation and science fiction movies. Not only discussing stars, but we will also observe stars on our Mount Vernon campus. Our goal is to provide easier access of astronomy to GW students and inspire their interests.
