By utilizing real Supreme Court precedent, students learn how to critically analyze case law to develop argument presentations that mimic the oral arguments before the Supreme Court. The GW Moot Court team will develop their own argument that answers the distinct constitutional issues which are provided by the AMCA in the case packet each year.
