UASA's mission is to unite Ukrainians, Ukrainian-Americans, and all who support a free and independent Ukraine. We raise awareness about Ukrainian culture, traditions, and current affairs through meetings, conferences, cultural events, discussions, meetings with influential Ukrainian officials, and embassy visits. Through our organization, members will be able to build connections with fellow Ukrainians and people who are truly passionate about Ukraine. We strive to contribute to the cultural diversity at The George Washington University by providing a platform for Ukrainian culture and raising awareness of the current hardships faced by Ukraine and its people. Anyone who sees the Ukrainian mission as aligned with their personal values is welcome to join at any time!
