The mission of the BC Ukrainian Club is to provide a space for students of Ukrainian heritage and those interested in learning more about Ukrainian culture, and to promote a general knowledge of current events in Ukraine amongst the BC community at-large. The founders of the BC Ukrainian Club originally began by organizing a rally in support of Ukraine after Russia's full-scale invasion on February 24th, 2022 as an independent body of concerned students. Soon after, they decided to organize as a formally recognized student organization.
