The Undergraduate Business Association (UBA) is the overarching umbrella organization that coordinates the leadership of all GW School of Business (GWSB)-Affiliated Undergraduate Student Organizations. We serve as a liaison between the GWSB undergraduate student body and GWSB faculty and staff to elevate student voices and perspectives, provide opportunities for leadership development, and create meaningful community. Guided by our values of integrity, community, and development, the UBA is composed of an executive board of student leaders dedicated to enhancing the undergraduate experience. The UBA’s general body membership is made up of the UBA Leadership Council, representing each of the GWSB-Affiliated Organizations, members of UBA-led initiatives, such as the First-Year Cohort and UBA Ambassadors, and the general GWSB undergraduate population. The UBA works with and serves all GWSB undergraduate students, regardless of student organization membership or involvement. To learn more about us, visit our UBA Website.
