American University
Underrepresented Students in STEM is open to all American University students. We are a club aimed fostering community and support for underrepresented students in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) and their allies to provide all students with the tools they need to succeed which they may have otherwise never received. We aim to not only help student maximize individual potential and give mentorship, guidance, and financial support in furthering education to fuel the next generation of STEM leaders. American University student organizations shall not discriminate in membership or benefits on the basis of any individual’s personal identity or characteristics, including but not limited to race, color, national origin (or shared ancestry), religion, sex, age, sexual orientation, disability, or veteran status.
